Eyrie Success! An Eyrie (air-ee) is a large nest where eagles build their nest, usually placed high in a tree or mountain. This is where the life for an eagle begins. As eagles learn to fly, they pushed out of their eyrie and fall until they are caught. This happens over and over again until one day, the eagle learns to soar.
We, here at Eyrie, understand how traumatic the falling can feel and it is the adversity of the fall that creates inner strength and true knowledge for the eagle to know who they are. This sentiment is true for individuals and organizations (because organizations are made up of individuals). Therefore we create customized plans based on needs.
We know that adversity, bullying, and conflict show up in many ways across organizations and amongst the individuals within them; therefore, we work with each client to understand, strategize, and implement solutions to overcome!
Here at Eyrie we believe in a concept called "Awesomeness". In fact, Founder, Raushawna Price, is the trademark owner of the phrase "Giver of Awesomeness" a philosophy infused in every aspect of how she works and lives. She passes this mindset on to her team and clientele.
Here is what we value:
We are committed to working with faith-based and non-profit organizations who may have additional challenges as they scale and grow. Eyrie Success donates a portion of all proceeds to nonprofit organizations that support fostering, adoption, and domestic violence causes.
Raushawna Price is the trademark owner of Giver of Awesomeness™ and is often sought after for her creative and insightful coaching, teaching and speaking abilities.
Raushawna provided such insightful advice and coaching. She came to our organization at just the right time. Her expert advice was beneficial both personally and professionally. I would truly enjoy working with Raushawna again.
We were provided an electronic version of an Influence Style Self-Assessment, given to the faculty and staff. This provided vital feedback related to their leadership style. A majority of the survey results were positive about the Professional Development that was transformative and dynamic!
To say that I learned something is an understatement from today's session in dealing with bullies. What I learned: I'm successful, I'm versatile, I'm a big vision kind of girl, I'm powerful and people need these qualities. They want these qualities because I have something to give to the world...Kim Trainer, Non-Profit Leader
During our leadership training we did an affirmation activity. The activity helped me see that people see me better than I see myself. To know that someone values me in every category was truly uplifting. To know someone actually trusts me. WOW?? I thank God for them and that training.
Working with Raushawna as my leadership coach for 6 weeks allowed me to push myself to change my mindset and think about how I interact with my team and network in a whold new way. She has an uncanny ability to ask the right questions which led to breakthrough in my thinking. She is a proven leader in many areas personally and professionally, and is a positive and passionate coach. Each session I walked away with a nugget of wisdom and a plan for tackling my leadership challenges and upcoming interactions with my team. I highly recommend investing in your future by working with Raushawna. Your mindset and perspective will be enlightened!
If your bad days have stretched into bad weeks or even months or more, On The Brink is an opportunity to embrace the increased bandwidth for transformation. I highly recommend it.
